1. Refunds for IN App Store Purchases

All subscriptions and purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store must be requested directly through their platforms:

2. Direct Purchases Through Routinsie.com

If you purchased directly through Routinsie’s website or platform, we generally do not offer refunds. However, our team is always happy to help resolve issues or find a fair solution if you experience problems with your subscription or account. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Routinsie App website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”). By accessing or using Routinsie App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform.

4. Payments & Billing

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments made through the Routinsie website may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. If you purchase Routinsie through the app stores: Apple or Google Play Store, they handle ALL refunds / subscription management. Please contact them for any refunds or concerns regarding your subscription.

By completing a purchase through our Website for savings, you acknowledge that your payment information may be processed and stored by Stripe in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.

By using our checkout system, you agree to comply with any applicable payment provider agreements required to process your transaction.

Routinsie App does not store full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our own servers.

4.2 Subscription Payments

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, billing cycle, and payment terms presented at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and ensuring your payment method remains active.

4.3 Failed Payments

If a payment method fails or cannot be processed, Routinsie App may suspend or limit access to paid features until payment is successfully completed.

4.4 Delinquent Accounts

If a payment remains unpaid for more than thirty (30) days, Routinsie App reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to paid services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

We may also recover any fees associated with chargebacks or payment disputes where permitted by law.

4.5 Complimentary Features / Trial

From time to time, Routinsie App may provide certain features or services free of charge (“Complimentary Services”).

Complimentary Services may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

Complimentary Services are provided “as is” without guarantees or warranties, and Routinsie App is not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or changes related to these features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routinsie App’s liability related to complimentary features will not exceed ten dollars ($10).

5. Messaging & Communications

The Platform may include features that allow users to communicate with others or share information through messaging tools or communication features.

AI-generated content is provided “as is” and Routinsie App makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, originality, or suitability for any specific purpose.

AI Features are not intended to provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

You remain responsible for any content you publish or rely on using these tools.

7. Affiliate & Referral Programs

Routinsie App may offer referral or affiliate programs that allow users to receive rewards for referring new users.

Participation in any referral or affiliate program is voluntary and subject to additional program rules.

• Determine eligibility for referral rewards
• Review referrals for fraud or abuse
